Hudson Wasp 1955

Hudson Wasp, 1955. Flathead 6 cylinder engine, 6 volt battery, standard 3 speed on the column.
This is a show car that has been completely restored inside and out. She has been in over 20 car shows among the north-eastern States. She looks and runs excellent. She was repainted this past Spring, 2008. The engine and almost all movable parts have been restored or replaced. I have all receipts. I have many, many duplicate parts to ensure the future longevity of this vehicle, (over $2,000 worth). This is a great beauty to bring to car shows.

In 1955, there were a little over 7,000 Wasps made in the U.S. There were only 4 Wasps produced in Canada and this is one of the 4. (This fact is verifiable through the VIN #). To date there are only 9 1955 wasps registered in the Classic Hudson worldwide registry. To quote one expert on Hudson Wasps, "there are only about 50 1955 wasps left worldwide".
